Two West Sussex-based brands will be partnering again on Saturday 9th June to bring together beer and bikes for a day of fun. Dark Star beer and Kinesis bikes have joined forces after a year's hiatus for the 'Spin Up in a Brewery' event, a chance to spend the day relaxing, riding bikes then drinking some beer with like-minded cycling folk at the Dark Star brewery in Partridge Green.
For those looking to get a workout in before the beer and barbecue, there will be a series of static bike races in knockout round format with the winners also receiving prizes.
If that's not enough, there will be three ride outs for you to join throughout the day.

The first will be a mountain bike/gravel ride from Stanmer Park Tea Rooms, then a road bike ride departing from Rule Five Bikes and then a family e-bike ride from the Giant Store based in Shoreham.
Once the riding is all done, you will get a chance to sit back and enjoy one of Dark Star's 19 different brews and tuck into a meat, vegetarian and vegan barbecue while sitting back and enjoying some local bands who will take to the stage.
Once 18:30 rolls around, the brewery will shut but you will be more than welcome to head around the corner to The Partridge pub and enjoy yourself long into the night.
The co-event ran by the two South coast brands first ran in 2012 and tickets to this year's event will cost £15.
Included in that price will be a free pint or soft drink.
