Ex-Team Sky doctor Richard Freeman will no longer appear in front of the Culture, Media and Sport Select Committee to give evidence into the delivery of a medial package to Sir Bradley Wiggins in 2011.
The former team medic has withdrawn due to ill health. Simon Cope, the British Cycling women's team coach at the time who took the package from Manchester to France, is still due to give evidence.
The Committee has already heard from Team Sky Principle Sir Dave Brailsford, fomer BC coach Shane Sutton and ex-professional rider Nicole Cooke.
Cooke was scathing in her criticism of British Cycling and extended her dispproval to UK Anti-Doping.
The Chief Executive of UKAD, Nicole Sapstead, will also attend proceedings on Wednesday 1st March, where she will be able to talk about her organisation's investigation into any potential wrongdoing surrounding the jiffy bag delivery.
Sapstead will be questioned with regards to the delivery made by Cope to the Team Sky bus at La Toussuire during the 2011 Criterium du Dauphine. The hearing was scheduled for last week but was postponed.
Dr Freeman will be given the chance to provide written evidence and may be called to appear at a future date when he is deemed well enough.
An earlier statement from Team Sky with regards to UKAD's investigation said that the team 'are confident that when they [UKAD] report it will be clear that there has been no wrongdoing.'
