Upgrade Bikes have issued a recall for three models of Racelight T carbon forks, produced between 2003 and 2009. Although there has only been one recorded incident of a failure, Upgrade has said that all customers with the affected forks should stop using the fork immediately.
The forks in question are the Full Carbon Racelight T, 12K Racelight T and the Racelight T Full Carbon. The fork can be indentified with the help of this image.
