Fabian Cancellara is set to make a return to the cobbles this Sunday, as he rides in the Fabian Cancellara Classic.
The event is a sportive and part of the 'Continental Cycling Heroes Tour', in which riders are invited to join Cancellara as he makes his way around the E3 Prijs Harelbeke course, two days after the pro race on Friday 24th.
Cancellara won E3 Harelbeke three times in his career, 'each time after a powerful display the way only true cycling heroes can,' say the organisers.
There's an 82km, 114km and 148km version of the event for riders to choose from, but all will take in climbs such as the Taaienberg, Paterberg, Oude Kwaremont and Tiegemberg.
The event will be held this Sunday 26th March, and registration is available online until Saturday 25th.
