Rapha have announced a new series of organised events called 'Rapha Rides', which are set to start from May and will travel around the world to 20 selected cities 'to celebrate the sport of cycling'.
As well as riding, there will be films, talks, parties and other events centred around Rapha's clubhouses, with certain themes from that city's cycling culture being emphasised and celebrated.
The rides themselves will feature the best routes and stops in each local area, and will encourage participation from all sorts of cyclists. As well as road riding, there is a hat-tip to two of Rapha's emerging markets, urban and adventure, with city loops and overnight 'Transfer Rides' also contributing to the ride itinerary.
The events, film screenings, and talks will also aim to showcase a cross-section of the city's cycling culture.
The first Rapha Rides will be held in May, in Sydney, Tokyo and Boulder.
