Shimano has revealed some items from its 2017 autumn/winter road collections, taken from the S-Phyre and Performance ranges. Coming so early in the year, there's still a chance that a lot of it could get some use this side of summer, too.

Clothing is a relatively new avenue for the component giant to venture into, but it has built on its base of high-performance shoes with complete lines of road apparel, from the high-end S-Phyre range to the peg-below Performance range.
New for S-Phyre are some bibtights, a jersey, overshoes and gloves, while the Performance range also sees new jackets and jerseys added. Accessories such as headwear and socks have also been introduced.

As you'd expect from an autumn/winter range, the garments have a lot of tech designed to keep the body warm and dry, from high-wicking thermal panels to fleece layers, Goretex membranes and waterproof Neoprene.
